Emersyn Peterson has danced with Studio R Ballet from age 4 to 19 years old and is happy to now be joining the artistic staff of Studio R Ballet. Emersyn first fell in love with ballet at a young age and has been able to deepen her love and passion for the art. Throughout Emersyn’s time at SRB she has performed in many lead roles, such as Sugar Plum Fairy, Giselle, Odette, and Snow Queen. Along with these accomplishments Emersyn has competed alongside Studio R Ballet at the Youth America Grand Prix for six years. Out of those six years, her ensemble group had the privilege of being invited to the Finals held in New York and Florida for four consecutive years. She also received a Top 12 placement in the Senior Women Contemporary category in the Phoenix, Arizona semi-final. Emersyn loved learning from her various teachers here at Studio R Ballet who helped her develop her love for ballet as well as shape her into the person she is today.
